We don’t charge our clients a penny, so our operational costs only come from generous donations and the sale of items in our store. For that reason and for the fact that each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns and don’t issue refunds. However, if there is a manufacturing error, or your item arrived damaged, please take a pic of the damaged product(s) and/or damaged shipping box.
